You must contact Southland Credit Union within 60 days from the time you receive the statement on which the error appeared.
Please provide the following information:
- Name
- Account Number
- Describe the error or transfer in question
- Dollar amount of suspected error
Southland Credit Union will investigate the complaint and will promptly correct any error.
Special Notice: In the case Southland Credit Union takes more than 10 business days (20 business days for point-of-sale or outside of United States) to complete our investigation, your account will be credited for the amount while the investigation is completed.
