Alerts
Would you like a notification whenever a certain action or activity occurs on one of your accounts? The Alerts widget is where you can create customized notifications based on activity in the following areas:
- Accounts
- Authentication
- Budgets
- Cards
- Mobile Deposit
- Savings Goals
- Transfers
Click an Alert category and then an Alert title to view the options for each alert. Click the toggle buttons to enable an alert, and select your delivery preference. You can choose to have your notification delivered via email, SMS text message or push (mobile only).
If you do not see an option for SMS text message, you will need to verify your mobile phone in Settings. Here’s how:
On desktop:
- Click the down arrow next to your name at the top right corner of your screen.
- Select settings
- Select the Contact tab
- Click the pencil next to your mobile phone number
- Check the “I would like to receive SMS text messages to this number” box
- You will be prompted to verify your phone with a one-time code
On mobile:
- Tap the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen
- Tap the Gear icon at the top right corner of the menu screen
- Tap Contact
- Tap your mobile phone number
- Slide the Enable SMS text messages toggle to the on position
- You will be prompted to verify your phone with a one-time code
