Welcome Harbor Members! Please refer to your Member Conversion Guide for more details about your accounts and the services available to you upon conversion. For your convenience, Southland has summarized some of the highlights from the guide below. See the Important Updates section below for copies of letters and documents mailed to your home.
We are excited to announce that we will soon change how we process your Southland VISA Credit Card to provide you enhanced features and benefits!
Your VISA Credit Card is currently managed by our third-party vendor “PSCU.” Over the following month, we will begin to transition processing from our third-party vendor to Southland’s new in-house Card Services Department. This conversion will allow us the opportunity to better serve your financial needs, including:
- Managing your VISA account with all of your Southland accounts through Southland eBranch and Mobile App
- Questions about your VISA card can now be answered by your Southland Service Center
- In-branch support and instant issue of a new VISA Credit Card if your card is ever lost, stolen or compromised
- Southland VISA cardholders can redeem their ScoreCard® Rewards points for travel options like hotels, destination packages, rental cars, and more. Everyday purchases with your Southland VISA® will accumulate points. View your rewards balance at www.ScoreCardRewards.com and redeem your points to save on your next trip!
The terms and conditions of your VISA Credit Card will change effective September 1, 2018.

A new security feature will require you to call from the home phone when activating your card. If this phone number is missing or incorrect, please update it by calling a Service Center Representative at 800.426.1917.

Bill Pay & Account Transfers
Please make a copy of your Harbor bill payees and account transfers. You may need this information to confirm payee details or reestablish transfers on your new Southland account.
Transaction history prior to April 1, 2018, will not be available online. You can however, view transactions with eStatements. You will have a minimum of three months statements available in online banking.
HCU members may enroll for Southland eBranch on April 2, 2018. Click here to register.
On or after April 2, 2018, you can download the Southland mobile app and get mobile access to your accounts. Use your Southland eBranch login information to log in to the mobile app.
Telly the Teller
Telly the Teller will no longer be available after 6:00 pm on March 30, 2018. Your new Southland phone teller service is Quickline, and you can access your information on Quickline starting April 2. To use Southland’s phone teller service, call Quickline at 888.426.1918. You will be prompted to select a PIN the first time you call. Verification will require the primary Member’s Social Security Number for identification.
