Welcome Harbor Members! Please refer to your Member Conversion Guide for more details about your accounts and the services available to you upon conversion. For your convenience, Southland has summarized some of the highlights from the guide below. See the Important Updates section below for copies of letters and documents mailed to your home.

How to Register for Online Banking

Harbor Credit Union Primary Account Members may register for Southland Online Banking on April 2, 2018. Please follow the steps below to register. 

Harbor @ccess Bill Pay Members:

  1. If you currently utilize Bill Pay in Harbor @ccess, you will be pre-registered for Southland's Online Banking. 
  2. On SouthlandCU.org, enter your Harbor @ccess username in the eBranch login box at the top of the page. 
  3. You will then be prompted to reset your password. To reset your password, you will need your: 
    1. Username
    2. Social Security Number
    3. Date of Birth
    4. Mother's Maiden Name
  4. Once your password is reset, you can login to Southland Online banking. 

All Other Harbor @ccess Members: 

  1. Go to the Southland Credit Union eBranch registration page
  2. You will need the following information to register:
    1. Social Security Number
    2. Date of Birth
    3. Mother’s Maiden Name
    4. Account Number

Bill Pay & Account Transfers

Please make a copy of your Harbor bill payees and account transfers. You may need this information to confirm payee details or reestablish transfers on your new Southland account.

 

Transaction History

Transaction history prior to April 1, 2018, will not be available online. You can however, view transactions with eStatements. You will have a minimum of three months statements available in online banking.

 

Online Banking

HCU members may enroll for Southland eBranch on April 2, 2018. Click here to register. 

 

Mobile Banking

On or after April 2, 2018, you can download the Southland mobile app and get mobile access to your accounts. Use your Southland eBranch login information to log in to the mobile app.

Credit Cards

Your HCU VISA Credit Card will remain the same as it is today and you can continue to use your existing card without interruption. Your VISA balances and details will not be available on Southland’s eBranch at the time of conversion. To access your VISA account details and to make payments, please refer to your mailed statements.

To Access Your Rewards

In the coming months, you will receive your Southland VISA credit card with EMV chip and online banking access. 

 

Telly the Teller

Telly the Teller will no longer be available after 6:00 pm on March 30, 2018. Your new Southland phone teller service is Quickline, and you can access your information on Quickline starting April 2. To use Southland’s phone teller service, call Quickline at 888.426.1918. You will be prompted to select a PIN the first time you call. Verification will require the primary Member’s Social Security Number for identification.
