Digital Banking has received a significant upgrade! We are referring to our new online and mobile banking solution as “Digital Banking” because it delivers all the tools you need to manage your accounts, no matter how you choose to connect with us.
I’m pleased to report that the conversion to Digital Banking in September was a seamless process. Southland implemented additional layers of support to help guide our Membership through re-enrollment, including more Contact Center staff, a chatbot on our website as well as how-to guides and videos. We understand the change can be difficult for some, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility during the conversion.
I would also like to thank those who took the time to send in five-star reviews on the Apple App Store® and Google Play Store®! We are pleased to hear that you are loving your new app. Your feedback is valued and appreciated – each review and survey response you send is carefully examined and considered for future service improvements for our Membership.
There are many new features to try in the Digital Banking update, so we are providing a comprehensive guide in this issue of Southland Times. We hope you are enjoying features like Zelle®, Skip-a-Pay, the new and improved Bill Pay and more.
Southland is also committed to continuing to upgrade and improve your Digital Banking experience in the months and years to come. The Southland team is diligently working to develop more new features for release in future updates.

This November and December, consider participating in our upcoming Toy Drive. Drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any Southland branch. Toys will be distributed to pediatrics patients at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Providence St. John's Health Center.
