You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. 
You can redeem your points for cash, at checkout at participating retailers, as well as merchandise, travel, fuel, charitable donations and Southland fee refunds. You can also use your points to pay for purchases by opting in to Pay with Points. Visit the Enjoy! Rewards site to learn more. 
It's easy to redeem your points! Log in to your Digital Banking account and navigate to Enjoy! Rewards. From there, you will be signed in to your Enjoy! Rewards account, where you can redeem your points. 

Please note: Enjoy! Rewards points will be available to view on or shorly after July 12, 2024. Rest assured, you are still earning points on your transactions as usual during this period. 
Platinum Cash Rewards cardholders can redeem their points for cash at Enjoy! Rewards in the following increments:
  • 2,000 points for $20
  • 4,000 points for $40
  • 6,000 points for $60
  • 8,000 points for $80
  • 10,000 points for $100
There is no limit to the number of times you can redeem your points.
Cash back is distributed via ACH transfer to your checking or savings account. Transfers may take up to 7 business days. 
Yes. Rewards points expire after 72 months. 
You can call the Enjoy! Rewards hotline at 866.352.1202. Member service specialists are available Monday through Friday 6am to 11pm ET and weekends from 6am to 8pm ET. The call center will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day, our call center will have reduced hours of operation.

Yes. You can transfer your balance from a different financial institution to take advantage of Southland's low rates. Contact us for details.

1: Enjoy! Rewards Checking and/or an Enjoy! Rewards Platinum Credit Card is required to participate in the Enjoy! Rewards program. Additional points accumulated for other banking relationships, products and services. For complete details, refer to Enjoy! Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Web/App access is needed to use Mobile Banking. You may be charged access rates depending on your carrier. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges. Some restrictions may apply.

2: APR= Annual Percentage Rate. 0% introductory APR for 12 months, based on your creditworthiness, available on Platinum cards only. Not every applicant approved for the Platinum card will qualify for the intro rate. After that, your APR will be 13.49-16.49%. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate plus a margin. Balance transfer, cash advance, foreign transaction and other fees may apply. Terms, features, programs and conditions subject to change. 

3: Applicants may qualify for a Maximum total unsecured limit of $25,000, lending criteria applies. Online application currently accepts a max limit of $25,000, please place a comment on your application to request more, or contact us.
