How does it work?

1. Get a referral link

To find your personalized referral link, log in to the Southland Digital Banking app and click "Refer a Friend" — follow the prompts to get your link.

2. Share with friends

Share your personalized link with friends! The link will lead them to a Southland Membership application that will automatically mark you as the referrer. 

3. Get rewarded

Once your friends have completed the application and been accepted as a new Member, you'll both get rewarded! Your bonuses will automatically be deposited into your accounts.

 

Here's the bonus breakdown:

$25 bonus

  • When the referred new Member opens a Primary Savings account with a minimum deposit of $25

Extra $75 bonus

  • When the referred new Member opens an Enjoy! Rewards Checking account,
  • Enrolls in eStatements,
  • Establishes a recurring direct deposit of at least $250 within the first 90 days of being a Member.

*Membership eligibility is required. All new accounts are subject to verification through ChexSystems and credit approval. To qualify for bonus, the new Member (referred) must be at least 18 years of age, provide a valid referral code from a Southland Member (referrer).
