Southland Members with an existing Platinum Cash Rewards or Platinum Rewards Visa credit card will automatically convert to the new Enjoy! Rewards program

Introducing Enjoy! Rewards by Southland. Effective July 1, 2024, all Platinum Cash Rewards and Platinum Rewards cardholders will convert to the Enjoy! Rewards program. Rest assured, these enhancements require no action on your part, and you won't lose any of your points in the process. In fact, with Enjoy! Rewards, you'll have a host of new benefits.

Here are some of the key enhancements you can look forward to:

New ways to earn points: Your rewards program will soon expand beyond credit cards; Enjoy! Rewards Checking (coming soon), new auto loans, mortgage loans and more will all qualify for Enjoy! Points. With Enjoy! Rewards, the more you engage, the more you gain.
Real-time rewards: Our real-time rewards feature gives you fast and innovative ways to redeem your points. With real-time rewards, you can use your points for instant redemption—pay with points, checkout with points, fuel with points – you’ll no longer need to wait to use your points.
Enjoy more: Enjoy! Rewards offers more points redemption options. You’ll gain access to more premium gift card choices, merchandise options, cash back, fee refunds and charity donations.

Important dates

July 1, 2024: On this day, scorecardrewards.com will no longer be available. However, you will continue to earn 1 point per $1 spent on your purchases. Your total points balance will not be available to view online for a brief period, and you will not be able to redeem points. The Southland team will be working diligently to convert your total balance from the previous rewards program over to Enjoy! Rewards.

July 12, 2024 or soon after: Your credit card purchases will continue to earn 1 point per $1 spent, and your points balance from the previous rewards program will be converted to the new Enjoy! Rewards program. You will be able to access your points balance and redeem rewards from the Enjoy! Rewards redemption website on SouthlandCU.org or by logging in to your Digital Banking account.

Pay with Points is a new way to redeem your rewards. Credit card and signature-based debit card purchases between $25 and $250 are eligible for Pay with Points. Opt-in to receive emails or text message notifications when Pay with Points is available for a given transaction at enjoy.southlandcu.org.

You can use your points to pay for purchases at participating retailers. Check enjoy.southlandcu.org for the most up-to-date list of participating stores.

Bonus points will be posted to your Enjoy! account within 7 business days.

The $5 monthly service fee can be waived with direct deposit or one bill pay, and 10 debit card transactions per month.

Yes. In the near future, all Platinum credit card holders will receive a card with the Enjoy! Rewards logo when your current card expires. Some Members may be issued a Platinum Cash Rewards or Platinum Rewards credit card in the meantime. You will be able to transact as usual and will earn points on the Enjoy! program, even if you do not have a card with the Enjoy! logo yet.

Enjoy! Rewards Checking and/or an Enjoy! Rewards Platinum Credit Card is required to participate in the Enjoy! Rewards program.
